We currently have a great opportunity in our Westside office for a talented Senior Designer who meets the following qualifications:
Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years design experience with Mixed-Use and Urban Housing projects.
- Able to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and graphic skills.
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills are required.
- Additionally, you should have substantial experience using Adobe Creative Suite, FormZ, Rhino and Sketch-Up. Maxwell, Vray and similar programs are a plus.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
An opportunity in our Westside Santa Monica office for a well-rounded Senior Project Architect who meets the following qualifications:
Job Description:
- 15 years minimum experience managing Type-I Mid-Rise & High-Rise projects and Type-III & Type-V Multi-Family and Mixed-Use projects in Southern California.
- Design and production experience, from coordinating conceptual design through contract documents and construction.
- Assists in the management of projects, staff, consultants and Client liason. Able to complete projects on schedule.
- Working knowledge of California Building Codes, construction types, ADA/FHA.
- Working knowledge of building permit processes at the City of Los Angeles Department of Building & Safety and the Los Angeles Fire Department.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- AutoCAD skills are required and the Building Information Management Program (BIM) skills are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Licensed Architect and Accredited Degree in Architecture desired.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Description:
Looking for potential employees seeking a long-term career. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing the set of working drawings and specifications for projects.
- Working alongside Senior Architects and Designers to decide format and content of the drawings for building and/or project.
- 5 years of retail architectural experience.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or the equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Revit is preferred and proficiency in AutoCAD.
